Delivery TimeParcels are usually shipped within 24 hours.
These are time frames when you can expect your items to ship from our warehouse. Please note that delays do occur and these are mainly due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. delayed deliveries from suppliers.
Delivery Restrictions ReshippingIf your order is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient delivery details, you will be charged the cost of reshipping the order. Please note that if the delivery address is incorrect and the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address until the order has been returned.
Track Delivery Australia PostAngel Solutions has no means of tracking these orders once they are shipped, unless you choose to have it sent by Registered Post.
Please be aware that the delivery time frame may vary according to the area of delivery and due to various reasons, the delivery may take longer than the original estimated timeframe.
If you have not received your delivery, we advise you to go to your local post office, as the parcel may be there awaiting your collection. Please note that sometimes you may not have received the card.

Problems With Your DeliveryIn the event that Australia Post and their associated companies fail to deliver your order due to invalid address information, they will return the order back to us.
Angel Solutions will do their best to ensure the information you have input is accurate. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at its destination if you have not provided correct address details and as much information as possible to assist the delivery. If your order has not yet been shipped you will need to send Angel Solutions an email advising the error and requesting a change in details. If your order has a status of "packed" or "shipped" we will not be able to guarantee any change in shipping details.
Unfortunately, you will be liable for any costs incurred in return to sender parcels if the information you provided was inaccurate.
While all care is taken Angel Solutions takes no responsibility for goods that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery has taken place.
We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.
Return Or Exchange Of GoodsIt is the responsibility of the customer to inform Angel Solutions if there is a problem with your purchase. Should you have any problems relating to your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery or expected delivery of your goods, at which time we will attempt to resolve your issue within a reasonable period of time. We can't guarantee resolution of issues bought to our attention after this 5 day period.
Australian customers have specific legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law in respect of goods and services purchased from www.liebling.com.au. More information in relation to the Consumer Guarantees may be found at www.accc.gov.au.
In the event that any products or services purchased from us do not meet the Consumer Guarantees, Angel Solutions will gladly meet its obligations to provide a refund, credit or replacement at its own expense as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Angel Solutions may in its absolute discretion choose to refund, credit or replace goods returned within a reasonable time (generally 14 days) for any reason other than breach of the Consumer Guarantees, provided the goods are in original condition.
